• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with insurance companies and patients.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, coding updates, and billing procedures to maintain compliance.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to input and manage patient information.
• Assist with auditing and quality assurance processes to ensure billing accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility in hours may be available depending on workload and team needs.
