Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital files and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate communication and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available for core hours and able to manage their own schedules effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with data management and basic bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
