Key Responsibilities

- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.

Experience
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with the expectation to cover different time zones based on business needs. Availability for evening or weekend shifts may be required.
