Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Executive Assistant to support our real estate team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support in various real estate transactions. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings.
- Maintain and organize property files and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members.
- Conduct market research to assist with property valuations and investment analysis.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
- Assist with transaction management, including the tracking of contracts and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year in real estate or a related field.
- Experience in managing calendars, scheduling, and client interactions.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and transaction processes.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position, with flexibility in working hours. Core hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM (local time), with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
