Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable AWS Trainer to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals looking to advance their careers in cloud computing. As an AWS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and helping learners achieve their goals in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive AWS training programs tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments to ensure they are current with AWS updates and best practices.
- Conduct both in-person and online training sessions, utilizing engaging teaching methods to facilitate learning.
- Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and helping them troubleshoot issues related to AWS services.
- Collaborate with the Fresher Jobs team to promote training programs and recruit participants.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS developments and integrate new features into the training curriculum.
- Evaluate and assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Proven experience in delivering training or educational content, preferably in a technical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and a passion for mentoring.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- AWS certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AWS or related cloud technologies.
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, with a strong track record of successful training outcomes.
- Experience in a freelance or part-time role is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a flexible freelance/part-time position, allowing you to set your own hours based on training schedules and personal availability.
- Sessions may occur during weekdays or weekends, depending on participant needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in cloud computing concepts and services, especially AWS.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and participants simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt training materials and methods based on participant feedback and learning styles.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing learner challenges.
