Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
