Chat Support Executive(night shift)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment, is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM (flexible shift options may be available).
