Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the order management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze order patterns and trends to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for order management processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns in a timely manner.
- Generate reports on order metrics and provide insights to management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- Night shift, with hours from 8 PM to 5 AM (local time).
- Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to accommodate business requirements.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
