Technical Support Representative (French) – Night shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay updated on product changes and new technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and proper issue resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of support materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Night shift hours: 10 PM to 6 AM (exact hours may vary based on business needs).
