• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work between 8 AM to 8 PM in the respective time zone.
