- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve service processes.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work between 8 AM to 8 PM in the respective time zone.
