Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and apply best practices in development.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; however, internships or project work related to software development will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Flexibility in working hours may be available based on project requirements and team agreements.
