Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Optimize Power BI models and queries for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve existing BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that support business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Power BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and BI tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, or similar technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BI Developer role or similar position.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering BI solutions in a timely manner.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Core hours are expected to overlap with standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence concepts and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is advantageous.
