Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with expertise in Python and Power BI Data Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into insightful information that drives business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends and present findings through dynamic visualizations, ensuring that our stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX language for data modeling and visualization.
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience in working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate project deadlines and team collaboration.
