Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Process Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day operational tasks in alignment with Cognizants service delivery standards.
- Process and validate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and professional skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and suggestions for process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data entry and database management.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- Experience in customer service or process management is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with the possibility of a full-time or part-time schedule, depending on project requirements and personal preferences.
