Job Summary
Flipkart, one of Indias leading e-commerce platforms, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Callers to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Telesales Caller, you will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives by connecting with potential customers, promoting our wide range of products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Flipkarts products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals to effectively communicate with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a keen interest in sales and customer interaction are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- This is a work-from-home position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
