  • Maintain and update client records in our database accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on call activities and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Experience

  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules; however, candidates should be available for a minimum of 4 hours a day during standard business hours.
