- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience
- Previous internship or coursework in HR or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours based on the selected arrangement (full-time, part-time, or freelance).
- Expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week, depending on the role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
