Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders and maintaining stock levels.
  • Support team members in project management by tracking deadlines and assisting in task completion.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
