Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation sessions.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
  • Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Contribute to the improvement of office processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
