Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data effectively.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support analytical tasks.
- Leverage Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights that drive business strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
- Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analysis.
- Strong skills in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

Experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Working Hours
- Full-time position; standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance principles.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python or R) is a plus.
