Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
- Strong understanding of email marketing analytics and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates are expected to be available during core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) for team meetings and collaboration.
