  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required, including some weekends and holidays.
