Warehouse Worker – Package Handler

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing packages.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure the accurate labeling and packaging of items for shipment.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with package handling procedures and safety standards is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse equipment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs.
