• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to package handling and inventory management.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and package counting.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or package handling role preferred but not required.
• Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available, with shifts varying between early morning, afternoon, and evening hours, including weekends.
