Key Responsibilities

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to define job requirements and understand the specific needs of each role.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking progress and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to attract top talent and remain competitive in the aviation recruitment market.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the aviation sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on aviation or technical roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in filling various aviation positions, from entry-level to senior management.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project demands.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry, including regulatory standards and certification requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates qualifications and performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
