Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to assess flight attendant performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scheduling models that ensure optimal coverage for all flights.
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast staffing needs based on flight schedules and seasonal demand.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform planning and analysis strategies.
• Participate in project management initiatives aimed at improving overall service delivery and operational workflows.
• Assist in the development of training programs based on analysis of staff performance and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar software).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, or a related role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
• Experience with scheduling software and workforce management systems is a plus.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
