Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and provide support for their analytical projects.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Integrate new data sources and ensure data quality by implementing validation and cleansing processes.
- Document data processes and architectures for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data storage solutions.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Working Hours
