- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
- Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Experience in email support or digital communication is highly desirable.
- A background in a similar industry (e.g., e-commerce, technology) will be considered an asset.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
