Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Assistance Specialist for our Night Shift team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. As a key member of our support team, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assist users with a variety of inquiries, fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to customers, ensuring they understand solutions and follow-up steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation and FAQs for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
Working Hours
- Night Shift: 10 PM to 6 AM (flexibility to work weekends may be required).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
