Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Day shift: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Night shift: 5 PM – 1 AM
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
