Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed to align with overall investment goals.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and other team members to enhance trading algorithms and tools.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading activities.
• Prepare regular reports on trading performance, market trends, and strategic insights for senior management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on market changes and trading best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CMT) is a plus.
• Proven experience in options trading, with a track record of managing portfolios effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
• Excellent understanding of trading platforms, tools, and relevant software (e.g., Bloomberg, Thinkorswim).
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trading, specifically in options portfolio management.
• Previous experience working in a night shift role or within international markets is preferred.

Working Hours

• Night shift: Monday to Friday, from 8 PM to 5 AM, with flexibility for market events or urgent trading opportunities.
