Customer Support Associate – Evening/Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Handover: Communicate effectively with the incoming team to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support software and basic computer skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Empathy: Demonstrated ability to understand and relate to customer needs and concerns.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working night shifts or in a remote environment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Evening/Night shift availability, typically from 4 PM to 12 AM or 12 AM to 8 AM. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required.
