Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of skincare products and the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the skincare or cosmetics sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or promotions, specifically within the skincare or beauty industry.
• Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media engagement.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate promotional events and activities.
