Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Provide feedback to improve processes, customer experience, and product offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with Apple products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Basic technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices; familiarity with Apple products is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
