Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, allowing for a balance between personal and professional commitments. Core hours will be discussed during the interview process.
