  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance community management efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track community engagement and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for community building and user engagement.

Experience

  • Previous experience in community management, social media, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Internships or volunteer work related to community engagement will be considered.

Working Hours

  • This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to collaborate with the team during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) in their respective time zones.
