Customer Support Associate – Evening/Night Shift

  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Evening and night shift hours, typically from 4 PM to 12 AM or 12 AM to 8 AM, including weekends and holidays as required.
