Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Sales Manager to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the customer care team to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer retention.
- Monitor team performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance service offerings.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, services, and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and sales management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with the expectation of availability during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) in the relevant time zone.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for team meetings or training sessions.
