Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, status reports, and presentations for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, providing training and documentation as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates are expected to be available during core business hours (Eastern Time).
