Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is advantageous.

Working Hours
- Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.
