Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment to healthcare facilities and patients promptly and efficiently.
- Verify delivery details by reviewing orders before departure and ensuring accuracy in delivery.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collect payments or documentation as required upon delivery.
- Maintain delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including times and locations, and report any delivery issues to management promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and notifying the management of any stock shortages.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve service quality and delivery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the best routes for timely deliveries.
- Basic computer skills for tracking deliveries and maintaining records.
Experience
- Previous experience in a delivery role, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector, is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in customer service is highly valued.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
