Medical Client Service Courier

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently transport medical specimens, documents, and supplies between various healthcare facilities and clients.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to the handling of medical materials.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including pick-up and drop-off times, and any issues encountered during transport.
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare personnel to ensure clear understanding of delivery requirements and timelines.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the training of new couriers and contribute to team meetings focused on improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare delivery processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in using GPS and other navigation tools.

Experience

• Previous experience in courier services, logistics, or healthcare support roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with handling medical specimens or sensitive materials is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours, including the possibility of early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts, depending on operational needs.
