- Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, coding updates, and billing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in health information technology or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required during training sessions.
