Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize event impact.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the success of events, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Networking and Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to enhance event success and visibility.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging event technologies to innovate and improve our event offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in event management and marketing, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for networking and relationship building.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.

Experience

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events (both virtual and in-person).
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality event execution.
• Background in digital marketing strategies to promote events and engage audiences effectively.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with an expectation of approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for event execution.
