Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at FedEx, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and validate data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies regarding data security.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry procedures and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be willing to adjust hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
