FedEx Office is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Data Entry Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in various systems, ensuring integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Perform quality checks on data to identify errors and discrepancies, correcting them as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather necessary information for data entry and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Train and support new team members in data entry procedures and software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative position.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with logistics or customer service industries is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
  • Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime as needed.
