Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to optimize inventory storage and organization.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track stock movement and maintain records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control practices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends.
- Train and support team members on inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
Experience
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory auditing processes and procedures.
- Experience using data analysis tools to assess inventory performance is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours available; day and night shifts will be offered to accommodate various schedules.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate inventory data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
