Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services while ensuring compliance with Costcos policies.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel restrictions, and new destinations to offer members the best advice.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, and accommodations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel planning or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment.

Working Hours
