Job Summary
Waste Management is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Trash Collectors. Key Responsibilities
- Operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Collect trash and recyclable materials from designated areas, ensuring proper handling and disposal.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize collection routes and schedules.

- Assist in training new employees as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds).

Experience

Working Hours
- Full-time positions are available, with early morning shifts typically starting at 5:00 AM.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
