Key Responsibilities

- Educate guests on drink offerings, including recommending pairings and specialty cocktails.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
